Building a bridge between the Aerial Arts and Group Fitness

Our online self-learning courses are designed for flexibility, allowing you to complete them at your own pace. There are no set deadlines, so you can progress as quickly or slowly as you need. Upon booking, you will receive immediate access to our interactive manuals and videos.
 

Here's how it works:

  • Study at Your Own Pace: Work through the manual and workbook whenever it suits you.

  • Schedule a Mentor Session: When you're ready, book a 1-hour Zoom meeting with a Master Trainer. 

  • Complete an Assessment: After you complete your written exam we will schedule a second zoom session for you to complete your practical.
     

To successfully complete the course, you need to pass the following components:

  • Workbook

  • Master Trainer Connect

  • Written Exam

  • Practical Exam
     

Our Master Trainers are available to assist you with any questions throughout the process.

One of the key advantages of our online courses is the ability to revisit the manual as often as needed. Each page of the manual provides detailed explanations of each move and subject, enabling you to learn at a pace that suits you best.


Please note that the online course is currently only available in English.

Print manuals are not included in the training but can be purchased for an additional $30.
